How requests are handled
Use the exact material under review
Netpak coordinates with selected European manufacturers for current product-specific files and revised documents. A general product-family statement may not be sufficient for internal approval, so the exact code, sample, or proposed structure should be identified whenever possible.
Where a requested report or statement is not available, we will say so and confirm what the manufacturer can provide.
