Specialty consumables

Boneguard wax paper, peach paper, and bone protection

Boneguard wax paper is placed between sharp bones and shrink bags to reduce puncture risk during vacuum packing and transport. Peach paper — a water-repellent, water-resistant food-grade paper — is used for meat layering and for lining large meat trays. Both are available from stock.
